FEATURES
Antinozzi Associates was pleased to take on the important renovations to this historic municipal structure commissioned to provide a feasibility study and then complete design services for a new 5-stop elevator on the west side of the facility. This included renovations to the main entrance to accommodate the waiting room where people would enter/exit. Alterations to the existing building where the addition connects to the existing floor is also made. This was a 1,500 SF addition with a 2,000 SF renovation.
Our services include verifying existing floor plans, conceptual layout of schematic plans, evaluation of building and fire code updates, roof modifications, environmental compliance, structural compliance, and interior/exterior historical details. Additionally new finishes and furniture were provided as needed.
