Our Team
As architects, we recognize that one of our most significant roles is to manage a process that may take years to complete and includes hundreds of individuals. We are Team Leaders with the responsibility of ensuring efficient utilization of all resources. Proper selection and management of engineers, construction managers, and consultants of all types are a key factor to the success of any project. We are experts in establishing and maintaining strong oversight and management of this process.
Our teaming approach and access to a wide range of consultants capture the best available expertise. We also work side-by-side with consultants selected by our clients, maintaining previously established strong relationships. Regardless, our knowledge and experience enable us to coordinate all disciplines involved with your project.
Principals
At the onset of every project, a Principal will set the project direction, identify critical issues and concerns, and define these issues for the entire in-house team. Principal involvement is maintained throughout the entire project to ensure that this mandate is carried out by the project team.
Associates
An Associate of the Firm is an individual with at least five (5) years with Antinozzi Associates who, by demonstrating a diverse or special set of skills of value to the Firm, has achieved a level of professional recognition for their successful collaboration with the Firm’s Principals and the entire staff – both inside and outside of the Firm. These individuals have proven to be an authority in a particular subject matter and/or have demonstrated a high level of effective design, management, or leadership on the Firm’s projects.
A Senior Associate of the Firm is an Associate with at least ten (10) years at the Firm, who has continued to demonstrate and develop diverse/special skills of value to the Firm, and and shown exceptional competence in collaborating with the Firm’s Principals. Employees, clients, and consultants at a high-level to effectively design, financially manage, and lead the Firm’s projects.
