Antinozzi Associates held a grand opening of the new Furniture Loft with an Open House on May 8, 2024. The Open House was a celebration of innovation and collaboration, showcasing furniture from V/S, Haskell, Scholar Craft, Norva Nivel, and Nook. The Loft, located on the Mezzanine of Antinozzi Associate’s office, is a hands-on source for Architects, Interior Designers, and Educators to view stylish displays, exchange ideas, and envision dynamic learning environments. This addition to the Southern Connecticut design community and clients provides a unique opportunity to experience furniture in a centralized location between New York City and Hartford. The purpose of the Loft is to create an opportunity for clients to experience the furniture, help streamline the decision-making process, and ensure the client is happy with the final selections.
Jill Ackers-Clayton, Director of Education with V/S and keynote speaker, spoke to the crowd on the Dynamics of Gathering. From cozy nooks for quiet study to vibrant hubs of interactive learning, each piece of showcased furniture told a story of versatility and functionality. As laughter echoed and ideas sparked, it was clear that this event was more than just a showcase – it was a testament to the power of design to shape the future of education.
