February, 2024 – This month we are celebrating the 30th anniversary of F. Michael Ayles, FAIA. Mike is a licensed architect and firm Principal in charge of the oversight of the firm’s business development and marketing efforts, business practice operations, and staff recruitment and retention strategies. He is also assigned as Principal-in-Charge to selective client projects when extensive community involvement, proactive project team communication, and focused client relations are required. He became a Principal in 2008 and was named President of the firm in 2021.
Giving back to the his profession and community has been Mike’s signature trait throughout his career. He currently holds leadership positions with AIA/CT and the Town of Guilford. Whether in his hometown, at his alma mater (Roger Williams University), with his professional organization, or the architecture profession as a whole, Mike is looked at as a mentor to many individuals and organizational leaders both inside and outside Antinozzi Associates.
We would like to congratulate Mike on this significant milestone, and thank him for 30 years of hard work and dedication to Antinozzi Associates.
