Antinozzi Associates is proud to announce the promotion of Lisa Yates, AIA, LEED AP to the role of Senior Associate, recognizing her exceptional leadership, technical expertise, and long-standing contributions to the firm’s architecture and design practice.

Lisa joined Antinozzi Associates in 2015 bringing with her a strong foundation in sustainable design, project leadership, and client engagement across the K–12, municipal, and public-sector markets. Over the course of her tenure, she has consistently demonstrated an ability to lead complex projects, mentor emerging professionals, and deliver high-quality design solutions that reflect the firm’s values and commitment to community-centered architecture.

As Senior Associate, Lisa will take on an expanded leadership role, contributing to firm-wide initiatives, project oversight, quality control, and client relationship development. As a seasoned and efficient project manager, she leads teams from the initial concept through design and approval hurdles to a successful built project. She enjoys learning from and teaching others, and working toward a common goal with all players from tradespeople to end users.

“We are thrilled to recognize Lisa’s dedication and outstanding work with this well-deserved promotion,” said Michael LoSasso, AIA, Principal. “Anyone fortunate enough to know Lisa immediately appreciates her leadership, thoughtful design approach, and deep commitment to our clients make her an invaluable part of our team. We look forward to her continued impact as we formally recognize her significant role.”

Lisa came to architecture as an artist and maker with an affinity for math-based rules. She approaches buildings three-dimensionally, with a vision of the final comprehensive product, and appreciates the small design directions that make up the whole.

“I am honored to be advancing within a firm that supports thoughtful design and meaningful community impact,” said Yates. “I look forward to contributing even more to our incredible team and continuing to help shape projects that benefit our clients and people inhabiting our buildings.”
