DESCRIPTION
Our first commission for the Town of East Hartford conduct a Facility Needs Assessment and Feasibility Study of three (3) existing buildings in the town. This assessment was intended to provide the Town with an overview of the deficiencies and for developing a potential renovation plan for each building.
The buildings evaluated included: the North End Senior Center, Veterans Memorial Clubhouse, and the Hockanum Library. The assessment of each building included a field survey to investigate and evaluate the current conditions of the facility, as well as to identify possible options to the manner of any future additions. This survey included: Architectural Systems, Site Conditions, Structural Systems, Plumbing Systems, HVAC Systems, Electrical Systems, Fire Protection Systems, and Environmental Conditions. Antinozzi recently completed design renovations for two of the three buildings.
Recent design projects include: North End Senior Center Study, Veteran’s Memorial Clubhouse Study, Hockanum Library Study, Veteran’s Memorial Clubhouse Roof, Veteran’s Memorial Clubhouse Renovation, and the Hockanum Museum Renovations.
