Greenwich, CT, July 6, 2013 – Antinozzi Associates is excited to announce the newly built Webster Bank branch in Greenwich, CT. Webster Bank retained our firm to design the renovation and addition to an existing 2 ½ story, 3 unit, residential structure for the new branch. This is part of Webster Banks’ – DeNovo expansion into the Fairfield and Westchester County regions.
Since 1996, Webster Bank (one of the largest Connecticut based banks), has been a longtime client of Antinozzi Associates for many on-call branch projects. Locations include Connecticut, New York, Rhode Island, and Massachusetts. Antinozzi Associates provides interior design and planning services for the designs of these technologically-based prototypical branches.
This new 3,400 SF Greenwich branch, located on 85 Mason Street, is on a historical site, complimenting the Town’s cultural, social, economic and architectural history. The site includes improvements such as new parking spaces, drive up services and ATM, and new accessible ramps. The first floor includes the new bank, with a spacious entryway, new stairs and a fenced porch. On the second and third floor resides a single family unit with a separate entry.
“I am happy to (finally) report we received a TCO in Greenwich and are open for business”, announced Eric Unger, VP/Senior Project Manager of Webster Bank. “I want to take a moment to formally thank everyone for their efforts on this long awaited project first conceived in 2005. This has been a great team effort and all of Antinozzi Associates’ hard work and dedication is very much appreciated by me and everyone involved at Webster. Webster Sr. Management as well as our Retail & Private Banking partners who are occupying the space are elated with the outcome. Please extend my many thanks to all of your team members.”
George Perham, Vice President of Antinozzi Associates and Principal-in-Charge, spearheaded this effort, along with Jose Imery, Project Manager and Associate of Antinozzi Associates. “We are very excited for the opening of the new Greenwich branch. We look forward to continuing Webster Bank’s expansion,” says Perham.
Currently, we are working on additional branches in Storrs, New Milford and West Hartford, all located in Connecticut.
