On Call

Antinozzi Associates is one of our on-call architects at Greenwich Public Schools. The firm is in its fourth year of service with us. To date, we have been pleased with their work and the depth of skill they bring to a project.

Some of the recent projects Antinozzi Associates has completed for the Greenwich Public Schools have included HVAC /fire alarm system replacements, ADA upgrades, ceiling/roof/window replacements, lighting upgrades, faculty lounge renovation, gym floor replacement, toilet room renovations, courtyard renovation, and a parking garage study.

We worked with Paul Lisi of Antinozzi Associates on a now completed $800,000 HUD small cities grant project in 2015-2016, to do renovations to existing multi-family housing. From bid specs to punch list items, Paul was engaged and available to oversee the project to a satisfactory conclusion. We are now working with them on a $3.5 million dollar state project which is currently underway in pre-construction to continue major renovations to several of our other properties. We have been very satisfied with the work and the support services provided by Antinozzi and Associates and I highly recommend them.

The Stratford Housing Authority has worked with Antinozzi Associates on many projects. In fact, the Authority has used them virtually exclusively since 1981. Antinozzi Associates has designed a host of projects for us, including the design and construction of two elderly rental developments, major interior and exterior renovations, any minor design work we needed, as well as our current office building.

When the Authority received stimulus money from the federal government and had to make sure the design was expedited and the work completed on a short time schedule, Antinozzi Associates was our natural choice. Antinozzi is also great to work with when you have budget concerns or need work done in a hurry. Their client service is exceptional. As a recent example, the Authority called on Antinozzi to perform a Capital Needs Assessment in conjunction with a State of Connecticut rehab application. We were given a very short deadline and Antinozzi completed the required work very quickly, allowing the Authority to submit its application on time.

The West Haven Housing Authority (now Savin Rock Communities) is a large real estate property management and development corporation that manages approximately 1,000 hard units in seven developments. Over the last several years WHHA has completed a wide-range of capital improvements. These improvements include roof replacement/shingle and rubber membrane, elevator replacements, and $1.6M in boiler and domestic hot water replacement.

Antinozzi Associates is currently WHHA’s in-house architect. Antinozzi Associates is a high performing firm with great attention to detail on project drawings, construction administration, public bidding, punch list, and keeping projects within budget and on schedule.

Throughout the 46 years of our existence, we have had the good fortune of being involved in residential, industrial, commercial, institutional and mixed-use buildings and developments.
